Territory Management Details
Use POS (point-of-sale) and commission detail reports to help identify new opportunities and gather new customer profiles – lead generation
Review coverage of top accounts for each line by territory on a regular basis
Filter open opportunities and accounts by region to assist in outside sales call planning
Monitor call activity through territory call report – market segments, territory and account coverage, principal focus
Pipeline reports are easily generated and forwarded to principals regularly
Process allows for complete and professional coverage of a wide ranging territory in terms of both geography and customers
Lead and Opportunity Management
All leads are reviewed by inside sales. As required, assigned to the appropriate outside person for visit
All leads and opportunities are entered in our CRM system with calendar assigned follow up dates
Detailed reports on opportunities by customer or principal
